I am 19 years old and found that i am out of the healthy family program and couldn’t find any dental plans. Since i know that i need to visit the dentist office often after taking off my braces(may be within months), i want to buy a dental plan that would cover my expenses or some of my expenses. Does anyone know of any? Thank you!
I live in Virginia and I need some dental insurance for myself. I tried google and I only could find one company that had individual dental plans, but they never call me back. Can anyone suggest some other companies? I am not looking for any kind of discount plans or scams, I want real dental insurance. I am unemployed and my boyfriend would be paying for it. I need a lot of work done on my mouth immediately so I need a plan that will allow me to do that.
I live in Ohio, so obviously it needs to cover us here, I’ve searched google and there are so many and most are regular health, we have that, we need really good dental with low copays. Primarily one that has pediatric dentists. Thanks for the help!
we have dental already through my husband’s work but it only works in pittsburgh PA he works for a very small company and the closest dentist is 40 minutes away plus we need a pediatric one for our son w/autism and our plan doesn’t have any. Regular dentist won’t take him as a patient even though he’s just moderately autistic.
I know a regular dental implant costs about 3200$ (total cost with crown) but I heard dental schools have cheaper prices.Anyone knows how much is it and are the students reliable?Do they perform under the supervision of an experienced dentist? Is there a dental school in Tampa?
My two front teeth feel extremely sensitive right now to the point that it stings. I do not have dental insurance, but I have complete health insurance. Because I’m not worried about my teeth’s aesthetic issues, is there a way to get this billed at the hospital under my health insurance?

If you need a dental help, how do working people pay for 1,000 dental bill when they wont even help until you pay first.
I am 19 and considering getting braces (for a second time! because my top teeth shifted some). I believe I am still under my parents health insurance, but there is a possibility i won't be covered because i already had them once and am over 18.. besides that fact, how much should I expect them to cost? i may have to take out a loan and i am wondering if i will be able to afford it? Also, does anyone know if clear braces or if there are any other options so people don't notice as much, more expensive and how much
i had insurance and now i dnt. does anyone know how much the average checkup is ? i live in ne if that helps
I have to go for my next treatment at the dentist soon and for my cleaning they have it in two parts. The first part says: Full Mouth/Antimicro. And the second part of the cleaning is Prophy-Adul/Fluor/Excl. The hygenist told me that this is just a cleaning. I've never had to have a two part cleaning when I go in my for my cleanings before so this is something different for me. My question is, is this what they refer to as a deep cleaning? Because I heard those hurt a lot!
i don't have any insurance and am unemployed at the time. i am in dire need of dental work but dont have any insurance and cant afford to pay out large chunks of cash at once. i dont have it to pay out. however, i am on the verge of several abcesses and am aware of the further complications they can cause. i am willing to pay over time if necessary but would rather find a dental school or discount lab or even an indigent dental clinic if that's what it takes. please help.
I'm 23 and I have one baby tooth. The permanent tooth is just sitting right above the baby tooth and it never came down. So I will have to have the baby tooth pulled, braces put on, and a bit of oral surgery to attach a bracket to the permanent tooth so they can pull the permanent tooth down over time into place. Some of my siblings and my father have had the same problem and they only had to wear braces for 6 months. Does anyone know how much it would cost for me to get upper braces only and have them on for about 6 months?
I need to get some dental implants, and I do not have insurance. Can anyone point me in the right Direction on what would be the best dental plan to cover as much as possible
My 67 year-old aunt has had the same set for the last 12 years. It is time for a replacement.
