due to an illness, I recently lost all my teeth and want to replace them with dental implants. i have been shopping online for coverage to help me with this cost but with all the choices its difficult to pick the one that would cover the most. can someone help me find an insurance or dental plan in western new york please?

I have been advised to have a dental implant in the last molar in the left side of my lower jaw. The price quoted seemed very high. What is considered a fair price for this procedure?

I got a dental implant a year or so ago and I just wonder how I’ll know if it’s okay, since there’s no nerve in the fake tooth (obviously). How can I make sure the infection doesn’t come back?

I’ve had an earache and headache for a few days now and I just get scared that it has to do with the implant.

During one of the information sessions I attended, our speaker mentioned one male hygienist that started every day of class with 1000mg of ibuprofen to combat the pain in his hands. We were also briefed that back, neck, shoulder and wrist problems were a very real possibility. How prevalent are these issues, and is there any way to avoid it? If you cannot avoid it, is it possible to continue your work healthily?

My tooth is killing me. Its the one right in front of another that a dentist was drilling a year ago and he told me he chipped my tooth. Now that tooth cracked wide open and it is killing me. I was diagnosed with perio when I was 19. I was told that it is hereditary. I had the surgery then and I will admit…I didnt floss much. I am now 27 and my teeth are loose. I am scared to lose them. What can I do..I dont have dental isurance and dont know what else to do.
Is it really hereditary? I have two children and dont want them to get it

Would i be able to get a dental plan for two months only? my wisdom teeth are coming out and honestly i cannot afford to pay the ,000 "estimate". i want to get the job done trough an insurance company and then cancel but I don’t want to ask this to an agent.

Has any one heard of Dr Sean Hakimi Dds? He has an office in Stockton Roseville pediluma and they all go by the name dental group with the city in front. Stockton Dental Group as an example. I would never again go to this Office.The office is dirty and smells and the staff are unprofessional.My teeth were in pain the entire visit. My first visit was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a dentist office. After waiting nearly an hour they sat me down in a dental seat that smelled really bad.Then it took 2 hours to to x-ray my teeth and tell me that I would need 10 teeth filled. I went to another dentist and found out that I had been lied to by Dr Sean Hakimi. He was attempting to get me to pay for unneeded fillings. I have reported them to the State Dental Commision and they are continuing to investigate. The investgator said that this was not the first complaint.

I don’t see why it isn’t already. If your teeth get too bad, it can affect your brain. Are there any health insurance plans that include dental, or do you always have to get dental separate?

I get dental, health, and life insurance through the same company, but they send me a separate bill for each one… my policy number is the same on each bill so can I just send them one check instead of three?

Ok so I just got spacers abuot 2 weeks ago and they hurt really bad!!! So here are my questions:
1- On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 the worst, how much do braces hurt after you get them in?
2- How much does it hurt compared to spacers?
3- Reccomended colors?

Lets say my braces cost 5k and i visit my orthodontist every month to change my braces… would that mean i have to pay 5k every time i change my braces? or does the 5k cover for the whole treatment?
