I want to have my extremely messed up wisdom teeth pulled, but here in the USA I am looking at paying ,000; that is, ,000 per tooth! I am also an up-and-coming traveler, and was wondering if I could go to another country-Thailand maybe? Or somewhere with good dental care-and get them removed for less. If anyone can tell me more about this I would greatly appreciate it.

MY employer offers dental plan for family (My two kids and I) for 00 year. The pay 100% on Xrays and cleanings and progressively pays less on the other work. Like 80% on fillings but less on root canals and more extensive work. They pay ZERO on Orthodontist and my son needs braces badly. My children have always had pretty good checkups. I was thinking I could just pay out of pocket and be under this amount. But I have heard of the Dental Discount plans that are very cheap and just give you discounts on all services. Would the Discount Plan give me a discount also on braces. I think that might be the way to go. p.s. I dont need dental work for myself. I just brush/floss. Thank you.

I am 26 years old and have had major problems with my teeth- stemming from problems as a child (medication,etc). My lower teeth can be saved with some money, but have been told that unless I can find ,000 I will have to have an upper denture placed. I have been crying for 3 weeks straight, and am terrified- I am only 26!!! I am also a student and have no income (possibility for a part time job-but that will not cover cost). I have buck front teeth,and crowding on the uppers, and will need numerous root canals,crowns, fillings, etc. Is there anything in Canada that can help me? I have see dental plans from the states, but live in Alberta, so need Canadian info. I have no support- parents want me to go with cheapest/quickest option and just get it done and over with- no amount of reminding them that I have to live with this the rest of my life means anything to them. I am at my wits end, please someone help me.
Can I get an upper denture now and save all my money and in a few years replace all my teeth with individual implants? I don’t want to take my teeth out (afraid of what that will do for dating, and relationships) and am terrified that they will be noticable. Are you loveable with dentures? Or is it to hard to deal with someone with "removable" teeth? I am so scared right now, and no one is offering me any advice or information except to just do it and deal with it. I know that it will give me a straight smile, something I haven’t had in 26 years, but it is still terrifying!! I can’t stop crying, and just want to give up- my dog is the only person who cares about me…… I have no way to get a loan to take out grand to save my teeth, and short of winning the lottery am in beig trouble…does anyone have any advice or suggestions? Payment plans in Canada? The dentists in the area I live will not take monthly payments….. Please somebody help me! I am so scared and alone.

I really need to get to a dentist , im in a lot of pain . Ive been trying to figure out how this dental insurance thing works but after researching Im completely confused on what to do, I have horrible credit so setting up a payment plan with a company is useless , I dont understand the discount dental plans , I really just wanna get some dental insurance but I have no idea where to look online , can you guys give me some links or names of dental insurance companies.

We don’t have much income, we have small amount of SS and then income from Dad’s job but no dental insurance because it didn’t really even cover anything. I think it was like 10%? My teeth are in pretty bad shape. I take care of them but not being able to go to the dentist for 4-5 years is not the greatest. What can I do? How can I get help paying for dentist?

Dental office who do payment plans in Austin?
I live in Austin, and have a terrible toothache. I don’t have dental insurance, and can not get approved for Care Credit. Does anyone know of a dentist in Austin who will work out a payment plan with me? Or of a dental school who does the work for cheaper? Any help is very useful!!
