Im getting braces the 21st and i need to be informed

Is there any other systems better than Zoom Whitening?

My bf is having severe tooth pain and does not have dental insurance.

I’m operating under the assumption that all dentists are not equal - that some are more skilled and more ethical. How do I go about choosing the best dentist? What I mean by skill should be obvious. What I mean by ethical is someone who will not tell the patient that he or she needs an unnecessary service / someone who will not overcharge for their services / etc. Do those dentists who charge less for their services possess less skill? If a practice has multiple dentists, are you able to request a specific one?

Having no dental insurance,,i need extensive dental work
needing to be done. Essentially, I’m looking for affordable dental care w/ financing….In the NE Arkansas area. I presently am employed and have been w/ the same company for 4 years. Teaching colleges or university is preferred..What better way to learn a practice w/ real live subjects to practice on? Thank you.

I’m a college student with very little money and no way of getting financial help from my family. I have school insurance, which would only cover wisdom tooth extraction; all other dental procedures would have to be managed out of pocket. I’m long overdue for a cleaning, and i need two broken teeth pulled…but the scariest thing is that I have an untreated abscess on one of the broken teeth. It’s been left untreated for a while since I cant afford to have it treated…and now on top of a very painful tooth and swollen gum I have a chronically sore, hard lymph node on the same side of my neck. I’m terrified of the complications that I’m facing from this abscess, but there really is no way I can pay for these procedures out of pocket. Can I find a way to get this treatment at a manageable cost? I’ve looked into dental discount cards, but even with those I’d have to pay upfront. I’m in boston, but will be visiting family on long island for another week or so. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated, as well as any ideas as to how much i might end up spending on this.

I know it is difficult to find ortho coverage when older than 19… I currently have a Blue Cross HMO plan that will cover me- but not much. And I am having a terrible time trying to find someone to accept this. Is there something better I can get? My teeth need a lot of work.

Why insurance? What if I got no insurance? With dental insurance, I know I can be more secure, but would I save some money?

What dental insurance company do you suggest for me? Please name it/them for me.

I live in Boston and need a dentist, preferably in boston or nearby that accepts CDPHP insurance.
