I want braces so bad! Well ,to make them less hateable, you should spend time choosing colors for them, and basically jsut have fun with them! Think of how beautiful your teeth will look liek after you get them on. Don’t worry, it’s not liek they are gonig to be on forever.
Girl Im on the same boat with you! lol I have til May and just really impatient. I have the silver bands so my braces dont just pop out at ppl with a crazy color. I try smiling alot in the mirror and say to myself its almost over just deal with it. i wanted them so bad to improve on my smile so yea im tryin to not be a baby about it. Just think how good you will look once they are off and you will be smiling at everyone =)
just think of how stunning your teeth wil look after they come off! and if you just got them on, don’t worry, you will get used to them believe me. i have braces at the mo, at first i hated them and was so scared, but now i forget they are even there! so just give it time coz it will get easier
You shouldnt be ashamed of wearing braces. (My dad wears them!) You’ll get over it. But if you really hate them THAT much, try getting invisible ones, or colored ones. A girl in my class has green and purple for her brace’s colors, and they look very cute. And, once your done wearing them, just think! You’ll have beutiful, straight, teeth. I hope my advice helped.
What you`ll need:
* Lip Balm
* Lip gloss or stick with built in moisturizers
* 100% Pure Petroleum Jelly [ Like Vaseline]
* Soft, Wash cloth
How to do it
1. Apply a lip balm three times a day. {Morning,afternoon & evening]
2. Avoid matte lip stick. Lipgloss works better.pick a natural color.
3. If your lips are flaky apply the jelly on your lips & go over it with the wet wash cloth.
Keep your lips moisturizered. If there flaky they`ll attract unwanted attention.

I’m 27 years old and I have braces on my bottom teeth for the second time in my life. I’ll be honest with you, they only get easier to deal with over time. But if you’re having a lot of pain I highly suggest putting the wax they give you over them until your mouth gets use to them being there. Just hand in there, remember that it’s usually only a year and a half or so, you can do it.
See if your dentist could give you spacers. There is some spacers that work just as good as braces. You put them in at night, sleep with them on and then you take them out in the morning!!!
Take a digital picture of yourself smiling. With a photo enhancement program like Photoshop, erase your braces and just leave your smiling teeth. Look at your picture without the braces and you will see what you will look like. It will be worth it.
well depends at your age. Well if your young like 11 or 12 you nned to get over it every1 gets em. If you are in like high school get invisalines (invisable).
Think of the "after" and I’m sure you’ll be encouraged.
I am really close to getting my braces taken off, and everyone can already tell the difference. Now I’m kinda regretting that I didn’t take before pictures so I could really see the change =)

I would just have fun with the different color rubber bands. Change them and make patterns. I’m sorry. They suck. But not for long!!!!
i think people with braces look really cute! hehe and after all you wont wear them forever… and after they take it off you’ll have staighter teeth! =D
you just got them right? You’ll get used to it, just accept them, because if you don’t people will notice that you don’t like them because your confidence will take a dent. Think of the end result=Beautiful teeth.

Just think how fortunate you are to be able to afford them . So many kids and adults don’t have the money and will never be able to change their smile !!!! I’m sure you look just fine
