   1. they clean your teeth really well and then glue the brackets on. after the brackets are on, they try to find a good wire length.
   2. it doesnt hurt while they put them on, it’s just uncomfortable
   3. it doesnt always hurt after but it can depending on how tight they make the wire. normally for the first time it isnt too bad.
   4. i think you should just stick with silver for the color, i thought it was cool to get cool colors until i realized how ridiculous it looked…but its up to you.

   well it depends on your orthodontist. putting on the braces does not hurt, but after it might be sore for a few days after each appoitment. i could get the color of mine changed every month when i had an appoitment and i could get multiple colors. you should probably avoid yellow because it looks like is stuff in you teeth…i would say purple

   okay….it doesn’t hurt much when they are putting them on but about three hours after they will start to get sore so eat lots of soft things. They hurt a little when u get them tigtened but it didn’t take me long to get used to mine before I was eating regular again.
   Some days are worse than others.

   don’t worry too much about it When getting them on it doesn’t hurt at all..however the glue might taste kinda gross.. but that doesn’t really matter. Afterwards. I wont lie. the pain is pretty bad. but take a few advil’s or tylenol’s and u’ll be fine. As for the colour. be creative try any colours, u change them very often so u can try them all have fun.

   Omg! I don’t wanna scare you.. but it’s gonna hurt like HELL!
   When I got mine in for the first time… I swear to you I cried! So did my cuzin.. it’s so pathetic cuz I’m not even that young! lol.

   The first time you go, they’ll just set the brackets in your teeth and glue the little hook- looking things onto each tooth.
   (That wont hurt at all, it’s just to get you accustomed to having them in.. It will feel sooo weird, but before you know it you’ll be used to them)

   (Usually) a month later you’ll go back and they’ll put rubber bands on each bracket (on each tooth) — That SH!T is gonna hurt!! You’re teeth are going to feel this constant pressure and you wont be able to chew anything for at least two weeks (for most people)

   The good news is that every time you go back (each monthly appointment) it will hurt for a lot less time. Like the first time I went it hurt for the entire month and I couldn’t bite down on anything with my front teeth– not even bread — I was chewing on my wisdom teeth. But I’ve had them in for a year now and when I go to the orthodontist, it only hurts for about 2-3 days really bad and then the discomfort is gone.
   It hurts, but it’s worth it.

   As far as colors, i used to get pink (its my fave) but now I usually just get grey. You’re probably gonna be eating a lot of soup, get ready — you’re about to lose a lot of weight!

   I had braces for four years.
   Braces to put them on, its a process, not a comfortable on but its worth it in the end b/c you have nice teeth after.

   When your braces first get put on, they are painless, 3-4 hours later, excrutaiting pain (not that bad) but it hurts, but you get used to it.
   I had blue, alot of ppl like it clear.

   there is a little bit of pressure it might hurt 4 a little bit but not to much and i personaly always had blue but watever ur favorite color is usualy works darker colors r less noticable and dont eat the stuff they tell u not to cause then they might fall off an ull have to have them longer =][=
