People are way too sue-happy these days. Something goes wrong, so they automatically have to sue somebody and blame it on them. Suck it up and take responsibility for your own actions. Coca cola didn’t make you drink soda.
Use a straw, the liquid has less chance of coming into contact with your teeth.

Coca-Cola includes a list of ingredients on the label of every product they manufacture. It is the consumers responsible to find out if a chemical in a product is harmful or not. It’s you’re fault for not realising that the acids in carbonated beverages eat away at enamel and promote cavities. Sorry.
I guess if you can sue the tobacco companies because you got cancer, this is possible too.

Why not,thats the american way of life anymore.Hell if an old bag can sue McDonalds because she was stupid enough to put hot coffee between her legs while she was driving and win,if smokers were stupid enough to sue tobacco companies and win.Go for it.You already heard the morons that are fat and wanted to sue McDonalds,Burger King and Kyc because someone put a gun to their back and told them to eat until they looked like Michael Moore.

Sure you can, you can sue anybody for anything pretty much. Just note the fact that if you did sue Coca-Cola, they would come after you with million-dollar lawyers and scientific experts up the wazoo to refute anything you tried to claim. Coupled with that, no judge would side in your favor because that would mean that anybody who sells sugar-based products would be liable for lawsuits unless a disclaimer was printed on their labels. This includes soft drinks, candy, sugar, etc.. Even if you did win, you would never see a dime because the case would be on appeal for roughly 10-15 years and most of your money would go to your lawyers.

Actually of all the post i have seen here this one is most likely to actually winnable as a class action law suit. Coke has done the same thing as big tabaco.
They have promoted there product to children.
Then got them hoked on them via ingredients they added to the product on purpose.
They also have promoted them as good for you.
There exist a pattern of disreguard for the welfare of the customer.
Coke also made contracts with schools to deliver there product.
So infact they sooth out children who in turn become adults.
