I’m from Argentina and I’m going to be moving to the States next year in June or July to go to school. I went to the dentist yesterday, after about a year… this was a new dentist cause the old one always made me wait for like 2 hours even if I had an appointment. He was always behind. lol

So I went to the new one and she tells me I could get my teeth fixed with braces very easily and that I would only have to have them a year or less. I don’t have much to fix, but my bite is a little wrong so it’d be a good idea to get the braces, since it does bother me sometimes.

So if i get them now,(why couldn’t I have gone 4 months ago? lol or better yet, why didn’t I get them when I was younger?) I’d probably have to go to the dentist in the states at least for the last 2 or 3 adjustments and to get them removed.
So my question is how much does that cost?

Here it’s all covered by my insurance, so that’s why I’m thinking if I’m gonna do it, I better do it now. But how much would those adjustments and removing of the braces cost? Anybody have any idea?
I’d be moving to Chicago so if anyone knows how much it costs there specifically, it’d be great.
