I kind of have yellow teeth, not that bad, but still yellow and I don’t want the clear braces to exaggerate on it and bring attn to it. Also, with the clear braces should I get the clear band or metal band? From your experience?

my mom said i could get the clear braces. not the avisalign[sp?] ones, but like, the ones that look like braces but match the color of your teeth, like the wire & everything. not sure how to explain it. but i’m going to the orthodontist today, & he’s going to tell me if i need anything first like spacers or something? but like, my question is what’s the process when they put the braces on? is it the same as the metal ones?

Should I get traditional metal braces or should I get clear braces no not invisalign but where the brackets are clear?

I’m getting my braces soon, I have my separators on right now, next week I’m getting a tooth pulled and I’m getting my braces. I’ve seen pictures of the clear ones (not invisalign) and they look pretty good but my mom had clear braces (she only got them taken out recently) and hers became yellow, which is bad cause my teeth aren’t the whitest teeth in the world ya know? A lot of teens my age have baby blue color (which is cute) but I’d rather have my braces..not noticeable.

Will it be painful getting them off? What’s the process? Is it any different with clear braces than metal ones? What about retainers? Anything else? Yeh, I know lots of questions.

im getting clear bracket braces because i had braces on before this for 5 years and i dont want a metal mouth for another 2 year s since im gettinmg them on again ive heard that these braces will stain easily….what are some ways to prevent staining and whiten the brackets?

I have clear braces and they stain very easily. I am getting them off in three months, but they keep turning yellow when I eat. I brush my teeth after every meal, but they still stain like tupperware. Are there any tips I can use to keep them from staining/ and or restore their original color?
