Dentist Bills Archives
I have contacted the dentist’s collection agency. Wrote them a letter expaining that the bill is covered by insurance, I was told that they will look into it, never heard from them. All this happened 4-5 years ago it is showing up on my CR now. Any suggestion how to effectively fix this problem?
And how often do you brush your teeth?
Isn’t there a statue of limitations in regards to this? I live in Illinois.
Here the thing. My husbands ex-wife has been keeping his kids away fro him. He hasnt seen them in a while. His son is now 18 and his daughter is 14. He has filed paper to take her back to court to try to get his weekends back with his daughter. His ex-wife is mad and sent him a dentist bill of the sons that is 3 yrs old. She never told him about it and now she is saying that by law he has to pay. Does he?
I had insurance through my old employer the time I went to see my dentist. They claim I never paid the bill. I work at a new place now. How do I go about going back and retreiving all the old information so I can get that off my credit report? It's been a couple of years and I don't remember who my dental insurance was.
I need a root canal, crown, an extraction by a surgeon, and two fillings but I have absolutely no money to pay for them. The dentist that I see now wants $ 600 up front for a crown which is just ridiculous. So I cannot just be billed so I can pay a set amount each month. I went to a place in Atlantic City that helps those with low incomes but I did not like it at all and they want me to go to Philadelphia to a dental school for all of my work that needs to be done. I cannot travel that far and I was just wondering if there is anything in the area I could try. I do not think my regular dentist can help me and would probably charge me just to ask them a simple question.
I had some dental work done and paid off all balances right at the dentist office. The staement showed a balance of {content}.
I just received a bill from the dentist, six month after that work was done, claiming that I owe them money, and that the bill is past due. Even though this is the first letter I received from them!
I moved out of state 2 months ago and also changed insurance since I have a new employer. Can they still come after me?
IRS is auditing my return. They seem to reject this one medical payment. Are they correct? I know that a CC statement is not enough, but the bill had the dental procedure on it. All other bills paid with checks were allowed even without a dentist's statement. How do I tell the IRS auditor that he goofed?
