My cat is a healthy 5 years old , has been under the care of same vet since I got her.I am 77 years old on social security and would have to charge the cost of the dental care, my vet is aware of this .Is part of a medical group with set charges in a middle class area.

My 24 year old son is in desperate need of dental work. I cannot find a dentist who will see him. I have dental insurance, but medicaid will pay for his dental if the dentist feels its medically necessary to put him in the hospital. I am a single mother of 2 autistic sons and am struggling to make sure all their needs are met. They are both in a group home and they have not found a dentist either. Oprah, please help me find someone with patience, compassion and understanding who is willing to work on special needs people and willing to fix and restore his teeth. I know you are a very sweet and compassionate woman with a big heart. I am all my sons have and I just want to help my son. Please help me find a dentist…….Thank you, Mary

I want to get into an Ivy League school, but I know good grades don’t necessarily guarantee acceptance. I’m a 4 year letter in soccer, an NHS member, part of a multicultural group, and a minority. I also have a 4.0 GPA. I also want to pursue a dental career. Any suggestions?
I am in now way trying to brag about my scores. I really do need some help

Okay, so in my WA State history class, we have to build a small model of a longhouse in groups. The supplies I was supposed ot bring was popsicle sticks to build it with. Thing is, I forgot to stop at the store because eI had a dental appointment. My group will massacre me if I don’t have something to build with, what can I use as a substitute???

I’m looking for a good dentist (state of the art but not cookie-cutter) and dental insurance/plan. My dentist I’d had all my life died and I’m rather a dentist-phobic type but I need to go NOW! Not just fillings/checkup — I need major work - implants (from a car accident) —- could anyone recommend a dentist and/or insurance in the Sacramento area? I’m not interested in Western Dental or Delta Dental or any of those groups that work on volume —- I’m looking for an honest to goodness referral from a consumer — NOT someone who works for one of those outfits. Thank you so much! Oh, and I need to make payments, of course, since major work needs to be done. Thank you

Plaque and tooth decay are clearly not happening. They are inventions of the liberal media, the dental lobby, and dental special interest groups to get you to pay for dental care and treatments that you obviously don’t need. All the science is inconclusive. Al Gore believes in tooth decay, and Al Gore is a dirty liberal! Therefore, tooth decay can’t be real.

I’m familiar with arguments on both sides, but I’m still not convinced anyone should ever brush their teeth.

We don’t have dental insurance. We have health insurance though, but I’m not sure if you can use that on wisdom teeth extractions? Anyway, I really need to get mine removed (well, I need an evaluation first too!) but I’m worried about the cost. I know I and my parents can’t afford it straight up. I think our health insurance is with a company called Medcost Preferred, or that’s what I can gather from my card. It also says Principal Financial Group and Caremark. That being said, what are some good companies to look into? My mom keeps forgetting to check into it.
