Dental implant surgery is very safe nowadays. My cousin got her dental implants and Lasik surgery in India by a company called Indian Health Guru Consultants. The Price for dental and Lasik surgery is very less in India. She paid 25% of the price she was quoted in America.
Indian Health Guru Consultants is very famous in India They arrange Dental surgery, jaw surgery, Lasik eye surgery, Dental Implants etc for foreign patients in India. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and magazines- about their patient stories.
They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low cost, as dental and eye surgery is not covered by insurance. ur daughter is too young 4 this..n let me sai u it is a traumatic procedure…n the bone growth shud be complete for this surgical procedure to be done… they drill into ur bones to place the screws…. so the bone shud be able to wthstand all the force applied to it…or it mite simpli crack !! so… dont put ur daughter thru this trauma at this age ….!!
Your daughter is way too young for this procedure. It’s only done on adults after losing a permenant tooth that cannot be replaced with a bridge or something else.
Anyone younger should only need something temporary until their teeth fill the spaces.
A dental Implant is meant to fill in for the permenant tooth (usually a front tooth) or in an area very noticible and they are around 8000.00 ea.
Take her to someone else for another opinion.
either you are crazy or your dentist who suggested implants for your daughter. Depending on which tooth is lossed ( milk or permanent).Go for a removable denture if the milk tooth is prematurely removed or see if an orthodontist can move the other tooth forward.
When your daughter has finished growing, you could consider implants ( about age 18). In the meantime, consider some form of space maintainence program, so that the teeth don’t shift into bad positions. If she has lost a first (6 year) molar, the 2nd (12 year) molar should be encourage forward into the other space (usually see an orthodontist for that). If she is congenitally missing lateral incisors, consider a retainer with artificial teeth in the missing spot (then implant later). If she is missing 2nd bicuspids, consider bringing the molars forward to fill the space. Sounds like you could use a second and maybe a 3rd opinion. see an orthodontist as well. When kids are this young, they can often manipulate the existing teeth to fill the spot. (total implant cost and orthodontic costs are comprable)

she’s WAY too young for implants….she probably doesn’t even have full set of permanent teeth (32 including all wisdom teeth)….her mouth is still growing, bite still will be changing….if she lost her permanent tooth dentist will probably suggest a flipper-which is a temporary removable prostethic…and when she is ready…and it won’t be for a least few more years then you can think about placing an implant..but right now go see your dentist or if you don’t have one schedule a consultation visit with a pedodontist (pediatric dentist) b/c they specialize in children and they will give you the best option for your child
