How Am I Supposed to Clean My Clear Braces ?
Tomorrow I’m Supposed to Get Clear Braces. I Wanted Metal, but My Dentist Doesn’t do that Kind. However, When I Told People, they Said that the Clear Braces Stain Easily from Tomato Sauce, Etc.
How Can I Clean Them ?
I LOVE Food with Tomato Sauce in it &` I Really Don’t want to Give it Up .

Brush really well, after every time you eat, and then the dentist will most likely give you a special dental floss.
Also, you should ask your orthodontist/dentist about brushing for you to get a more accurate answer.
